Fast Notes is meant to keep things simple, straightforward, and efficient. Insertion of a clinical images or radiographs is super simple!
Using the high-resolution camera with your iPad or iPhone, you can take an images of the mouth or the computer screen (radiographs) to insert into your notes. If, however, you want to insert images taken from your SLR camera, follow these steps:

Use the Eye-fi wireless memory card in your camera.

Set-up the Eye-fi cloud service to transfer images to your cloud storage.

Use the Eye-fi mobi app on your iPad or iPhone to view images in your cloud storage.

Save these images in your Camera Roll. Then insert image(s) into your Fast Notes document by selecting 'Choose Image' and then 'Camera Roll' on your device.
