The referral letter email link expires 14 days after being sent to safeguard your practice.  If the referral link has dissolved, follow these simple steps to send a new link:

  1. Login to Vault.

  2. Select Referral Letter Emails on the left side.

  3. Type the referral ID code into the search box.

  4. Click the dropdown arrow and Resend the link.
