How do I create a Referral Letter?

Fast Notes creates Referral Letters quickly with just a few steps.  After the narrative is sent to Vault, you are prompted to create and send a Referral Letter.

1. Tap Create Referral Letter.

2. Add Attachments from Narrative or add new images/radiographs.  

3. Tap and select Referring Dentist.

4. Keep or change Intro and Closing.

5. Tap Contents and select as many or as few parts of the Narrative to include include in the referral letter.

Referral letters can either be sent via email with our HIPAA compliant tool or printed and mailed to the referring dentist.
