How do I add another doctor to Fast Notes (group practice)?

Adding another doctor in your practice is simple. Follow simple these steps: 

1. Tap Settings.

2. Tap Add Surgeon.

3. Fill out the form, and tap Confirm to send the invitation.

The additional doctor will receive an email.  When the Accept Invitation is selected, the new doctor will be prompted to create a password and download Fast Notes.
