Fast Notes is a mobile program on an iOS (iPad or iPhone) platform that creates complex, comprehensive, and lightinng fast notes and letters. The output from the mobile device is either a PDF or a text file.
To get notes from the app into your office computer follow just a few simple steps:

Visit Vault on a desktop computer and login to view your narratives and referral letters.

Click the dropdown arrow for the patient file you wish to download.

Select either Download PDF or Download TXT.

Downloaded files will reside on your office computer—typically the ‘My Downloads’ folder.

Locate the files and then either Import/attach the patient file into the electronic chart or print for traditional charts.
