How do I add multiple office locations?

You can specify the office where the procedure or examination took place. The multiple office location feature was designed for doctors with multiple office locations or hospital affiliations. While we only support a single letterhead or header, the selected office location will appear beneath the date of the procedure in all narratives and letters.

Adding additional office location is simple!

  1. Tap ‘Office’ in the Location section (optional) of the Patient Record.

  2. Tap ‘Add New Option’ to add a new office.

  3. Continue to add locations if needed.
