Fast Notes Vaultcan be managed in the group practice setting by one office administrator. Setting up a Group Practice is simple.
Doctor adds partners to the Group by inviting them through the Settings button in the app.
When each doctor adds the same office administrator(s) to the Group, the group practice is connected.
Now, the administrator can switch to any doctor account in the group.
Now that the office is connected, the office administrator can login and manage all doctor accounts.
Login to the office administrator's Vault.
Tap the circle in the lower left corner next to your name.
A window will display all of the office Vault accounts to which you have access. Select the doctor Vault account you wish to manage.
